B is for banana, a word that I only know how to spell because of a song. I used to hate bananas… Still do, actually. That being said, I respect them. They are chock full of potassium, a nutrient that is essential for any athlete. In fact, I’m in a better relationship with the oblong fruit now that it can cure my leg cramps…
In other news, does the kiwi really have that much potassium in it?
